Imo Guber: Ugwumba Support Group Adopts Uche Nwosu

As the 2019 general elections gathers momentum with preparations on top gear, a group of youths under the auspices of Ugwumba Independent Support Group has endorsed Ugwumba Uche Nwosu for the governorship position for Imo State with call for all imolites to rally round him and give him the needed support to clinch the position.
Addressing news men in Owerri the Imo State capital during the week, the state Coordinator of the group, Comr. Fortunatus Onyeka described Ugwumba Uche Nwosu as a man with needed competency and capacity to pilot the affairs of the state as the number one citizen thereby, create enabling environment for the youths to occupy their rightful places in the governance of the state and by extension, the country at large.

He stated that they have faith in the outstanding performance, sacrificial services, great sense of humility and responsibility, Ugwumba Uche Nwosu has displayed while holding various positions before the clamour for his candidacy for Imo guber.

The outspoken state coordinator, Comrade Fortunatus Onyeka maintained that Ugwumba Uche Nwosu would use his position when elected to maximize the potentials of the youths, thereby, grant them opportunities to develop their own leadership capacity in order to reproduce his kind of person in the nearest future.

The Ugwumba Independent Support Group which has its members from all the political wards of Imo and 27 local governments, in their press statement made it clear that Ugwumba Uche Nwosu is a district personality who has within the last 7 years studied and understood the problems and needs of the people of Imo state and would ride on the already established foundation by Governor Rochas Okorocha and make Imo better.

They used the opportunity to call on all imolites to believe with them that he will deliver when elected come 2019. He went further to describe him as young, passionate, energetic, digital and want to work for continued development of Imo State.
