One of the perks of being born in 1991 is witnessing the rise of gorgeous ’90s makeup and its resurgence decades later. In my humble opinion, they will never go out of style because some of them are timeless and have a natural appeal that people continue to be drawn to. can’t believe it? Remember some of the makeup you saw in Euphoria? Very 90s style coded.

1. Sensual makeup
If there’s one thing Kaia Gerber’s mom always had, it was sultry ’90s makeup. Today, Cindy Crawford continues to show why she was one of the OG supermodels of the ’90s. You rarely see her without her deliberately tousled hair, glossy, slightly metallic brown lips, and perfectly contoured eyes. Oh, and we can’t forget her signature smile that she conveyed to her wonderful daughter!

2. 90’s Lip
If there’s one thing fans could expect from singer Brandi Norwood, it was to sing and play a convincing coming-of-age teenager in Moesha. However, her style was equally noteworthy as she always wore the cutest braids and stunning ’90s lip combinations that are still popular today. I still can’t part with this makeup because it looks good on everyone.
To complete this look, you will need a dark lip liner, nude matte lipstick or gloss.

A little transparent gloss would be effective! The goal is not to have lips that look like they’re dripping with gloss, but to create a light gloss!

3. Brown lipstick
There are a lot of iconic makeup looks from the 90s, but brown lip liner and lipstick seem to have girls going crazy. They couldn’t get enough of it at the time, but we’re into it now. America’s sweetheart Jennifer Aniston was known for wearing simple looks that included brown lipstick that complimented her tone.

We can talk about red lipstick all day long, especially if it has something to do with Winona Ryder’s cherry red version! Still popular today, this makeup look is a bold way to liven up your makeup when you want to keep the rest of your face simple. Plus, you can wear it all year round if you want.
What we learned is that blue-red lipsticks tend to be more universal. So, we’re sharing lipsticks that we think will liven up your own cherry red look.

4. Doll eye makeup
We have nothing but the utmost respect for Pamela Anderson’s decision to go makeup-free after decades of wearing makeup. Still, we’ll always cherish the way her ’90s makeup rivals Barbie doll. I always saw Pamela wearing gorgeous eyeshadows, so I wanted to play around with different palettes until I found the perfect combination to match what she wore on her eyes.
In honor of her doll eye makeup, here are some makeup palettes with a variety of shades to choose from.

5. Glitter highlighter
Last but not least, we have to salute Halle Berry for looking like a perfect sparkling jewel in the ’90s. Her pixie cut seems to accentuate her cheekbones with the perfect amount of glitter highlights, and we’re obsessed with going back to the days when makeup literally sparkled.
To achieve a similar look, you’ll need a highlighter that we’ve selected for you.
