Adriana Lima returns to the runway at Schiaparelli Paris Fashion Week Spring 2025 show

After a six-year hiatus, Adriana Lima made a grand return to the runway, walking Schiaparelli’s Spring 2025 runway at Paris Fashion Week on Thursday. She was friends with fellow Victoria’s Secret models, including Kendall Jenner, Irina Shayk, and Candice Swanepoel.

The supermodel wore a black and white button-down dress with a corset. A beige handbag, champagne satin heels, and chunky gold jewelry completed her look.

WWD describes the French luxury brand’s spring 2025 collection as creative director Danielle Rosebery says, “The spring collection will feature travel essentials such as knit dresses in primary colors and metallic finishes, hourglass cuts in animal print and trompe l’oeil. It brought a fresh sense of peace.” Pair it with anything from denim to stretch corsets. ”

“In ready-to-wear, we’ve really been experimenting with how to express haute couture sensibilities in a way that feels comfortable and easy,” Rosebery told WWD at a preview.

The collection is based on classic menswear items. Kendall Jenner, who modeled for Victoria’s Secret in 2015, 2016 and 2018, wore a corseted white tank top with low-rise jeans that covered the hem.

Lima is one of the lingerie brand’s longest-serving models, fronting the Victoria’s Secret brand for nearly 20 years as one of its coveted angels. She hung up her wings for good in 2018.

Last year, she made a comeback when she was announced as the face of the relaunch of the brand’s Heavenly Eau de Parfum fragrance. It’s not clear whether Lima will return to the runway at the 2024 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, although Tyra Banks likely will.
