Tame Impala’s Kevin Parker is APC’s latest celebrity collaborator, and the musician’s capsule collection with the French ready-to-wear brand features loose, flowing silhouettes and multi-colored alpaca knits, reflecting Parker’s penchant for the psychedelic.

“When my daughter introduced me to Tame Impala, it struck me as a fusion of everything I’d loved since the 1960s, from Soft Machine to Pink Floyd,” APC founder Jean Touitou said in a statement.
Parker also stars in the Sam Nixon-photographed campaign, which sees the “Borderline” singer photographed in rural landscapes.
Comprised of earthy pastel tones, the APC x Tame Impala capsule includes pieces in muted earthy pastel tones made from heavyweight jersey, fleece and denim. The yellow, pink and charcoal grey hues were obtained using environmentally safe mineral dyes.

Striped cotton corduroy trousers add a splash of colour to the collection, which is complemented by muted accessories such as logo bucket hats, sunglasses and shoulder bags in dyed denim in pale pink, faded rose and charcoal grey.
A reference to Parker’s song “Breathe Deeper” can be seen on a white cotton T-shirt with the song’s title screen-printed on it.
All pieces in the collection are unisex and available in sizes ranging from XXS to XXL.
The APC x Tame Impala collection will be available online at apc-us.com and in stores on Thursday at 8 a.m. ET.
