Judge Ural Glanville of Fulton County Superior Court, who was overseeing the racketeering and gang conspiracy trial of Young Thug and five associates in Atlanta, Georgia, has resigned from the case, reports the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Lawyers for the defendants, Young Thug and Diamonte Kendrick, filed a motion alleging that Glanville met in secret with prosecutors and material witness Kenneth Copeland to pressure them to testify, which they argued was improper and unconstitutional.
