Blake Lively and Gigi Hadid showed off Deadpool & Wolverine-inspired outfits while celebrating the film’s premiere in New York City on Monday.
The former “Gossip Girl” star wowed her close friends when she hit the red carpet in an off-the-shoulder red catsuit by Atelier Versace with black lace embellishment, paying tribute to her husband Ryan Reynolds’ leading role in the action blockbuster.
Lively, 36, accessorized with matching heels, drop earrings and a black ball-and-chain bag, and wore her hair in a sleek ponytail.
Meanwhile, Hadid paid homage to Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine in a yellow Miu Miu outfit that featured a strapless bandana top and a low-waisted, belted midi skirt.
The 29-year-old supermodel completed her look with stacked Alexis Bittar bangles, a chunky gold necklace, black high heels and a yellow handbag with a Deadpool charm.
She had her hair pinned up for the outing.
Jackman, 55, and Reynolds, 47, kept it simple in classic black suits.
The four posed together on the red carpet, with Lively and Reynolds photographed embracing each other.
The “It Ends With Us” star has been her husband’s biggest supporter as he has been promoting the highly-anticipated film.
Earlier this month, during a press conference in London, Lively raved about a video of Reynolds holding Dogpool, a puppy that appears in the film.
She shared on her Instagram Story that in the video, the actor is “trying to get (her) pregnant again.”
The couple have three daughters together – James, nine, Inez, seven, and Betty, four – and are expecting a fourth child, whose name and gender have yet to be revealed.
However, a baby could be on the way, as the “Free Guy” actor recently revealed he wants “as many as possible.”
“As many little heartbeats as I can, just running around and destroying stuff around the house. I love it. Let’s do more of that!” he told E! News in an interview published on Monday.
However, Reynolds said the couple probably won’t be asking their friend Taylor Swift to babysit because she charges a high fee.
“The cost was… I think the accountant said, ‘It’s too costly.’” he joked to the media.
“But I think what he meant was, ‘The costs are crazy high, what are you doing, I’m not an accountant anymore, you’.”
Deadpool & Wolverine will hit theaters on July 26th.
