Blake Lively is preparing for the worst, career-wise, following the drama surrounding the film “It Ends With Us.”
Over the past few weeks, the 36-year-old actress has been at the center of controversy, not only due to rumors of a feud with co-star Justin Baldoni, but also due to fierce backlash from critics on social media, who have accused Blake of everything from taking an inappropriate approach to promoting a film about domestic violence to being rude in past interviews.

Things aren’t looking good for the former Gossip Girl member. In fact, it’s bad enough that she’s worried about it! A source told Dailymail.com on Saturday that Blake is worried that the scandal will hurt her chances of landing future jobs! The outlet added that this could be “career-ending” for Blake! Oops! The source explained:
“Blake is saddened by the hate she’s receiving and is trying not to let it affect her, but it’s not. She thought this was her shining moment and now she sees it as the end of her career. She’s scared that no one will want to work with her after this. She really wants to continue producing, directing and acting, but she also knows that she needs to take a break and reconsider her future.”
We probably won’t be seeing or hearing from Blake for a while! At least until the dust settles! Maybe the rumors are true that she and her husband Ryan Reynolds are leaving Hollywood and moving to North Carolina to wait out the storm. Hmm. Only time will tell if this scandal will end the Green Lantern star’s career for good. One thing we do know is that Blake shouldn’t be scheduling a sequel to IEWU if she doesn’t have other projects coming up these days! Given her feud with Justin and the online backlash, It Starts With US is unlikely to be made! Hmm.
What do you think, Perezcious readers? Do you think Blake will be able to bounce back from this controversy? Or do you think her acting career is over? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below!
