Cameron Brink is proving to be a star on and off the court…because the WNBA rookie has landed on the cover of a fashion magazine!!
The LA Sparks forward announced the big news on Monday … that she recently modeled for Flaunt magazine’s “Gold Standard” issue. The 22-year-old, who tore her anterior cruciate ligament about a month ago, had taken part in the shoot just a few weeks before the unfortunate injury occurred.

Brink donned multiple outfits for the photo shoot, including one featuring Skims, for which she has previously modeled, and also participated in a short Q&A. When asked how she plans to handle all the business opportunities that come with being a professional, she said her experience at Stanford has prepared her for the next level.
“I’m grateful that NIL and college gave me the opportunity to find out about deals with brands beforehand and have the good fortune to work with them,” Brink said, “so now I feel pretty prepared to go into the professional world and really be endorsed by brands.”
“To be honest, it’s hard for a female basketball player to cover their living expenses, especially year-round,” she added. “That’s why endorsements are so important and I’m so grateful for all the brands that I work with, because they make up the majority of my income.”
Her fellow basketball players sent her love in the social media comments section, with Chicago Sky star Angel Reese writing, “Die gore!” and Seattle Strome guard Nika Muhl commenting, “These diehard fans are the best.”

Brink has previously expressed an interest in modeling, and as we reported in May, she said she wanted to appear in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue and the recently canceled ESPN Body Issue.
“Seeing and understanding your body purely as an athlete. Our bodies are machines and that’s how we make money. So I think that’s always been a really cool concept.”
It seems like it’s only a matter of time before that wish comes true…especially considering Flaunt’s recent practice.
From now on we can call her Cover Cam!!
