Ms. Alpna Soni, National Director and Therapeutic Dietitian, Shreyas Diet Clinic, and Mr. Ricky Bala, Owner of Gold’s Gym, Amritsar, were the resource persons for the seminar. Nutritionist Alpna Soni emphasized that a balanced diet plays an important role in promoting overall health and effectively managing diseases. University wins crown at GNDU Fest
AMRITSAR: RRMK Arya Mahila Mahavidyarya won the runner-up title at the Zonal Youth Festival held at Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU), Amritsar. The university’s students demonstrated their creative talents, academic processes and exemplary performances in various competitions ranging from dance, music and drama to speech, creative writing, fine arts and traditional products. The college won first place in recitation and rangoli making, second place in one-act play where two students won best actress awards, and third place in skit, clay modeling, poster making and on-the-spot painting. did.
