The third time was a failure.
Christina Hall and her third husband, Josh Hall, have filed for divorce after three years of marriage.
According to court documents obtained by Page Six, Josh filed for divorce in Orange County, California on Monday.
The real estate agent cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the divorce and said the couple separated about a week ago, on July 8.
Oddly enough, Christina, 41, told E! News last week that the secret to her strong marriage to Josh is “communication.”
According to the lawsuit, Josh also seeks alimony payments from Christina and wants to strip the court of its power to award financial support to her.
He is asking the court to divide their assets based on what assets each owned before their 2022 marriage.
The estranged couple apparently do not have a prenuptial agreement, and they do not have any children together, so there is no need for a custody battle.
A source with knowledge of the situation told TMZ that Christina also filed for divorce on Monday, but it hasn’t yet gone through the system.
On the business side, Josh is trying to acquire all of the rights to the HGTV and Discovery Network shows and specials that the couple produced during their marriage.
The former couple have a home renovation show scheduled to premiere in 2025. It was actually a spinoff of the now-ended “Flip or Flop” series in which Christina co-starred with her first ex-husband, Tarek El Moussa.
Christina, whose maiden name was Haqq, was married to El Moussa, 42, from 2009 to 2018. The couple share daughter Taylor, 13, and son Brayden, 8. El Moussa married Heather Rae Young in 2021 and has 1-year-old son Tristan.
The “Christina in the Country” star married Ant Anstead in December 2018 and welcomed his 4-year-old son Hudson into the world in September 2019. The couple separated in November 2020 and their divorce was finalized in June 2021.
But Christina wasn’t single for long, as Page Six exclusively revealed in July 2021 that she’d been dating Josh for several months.
She confirmed their engagement two months later, refuting online trolls who claimed they had moved too quickly, and the couple married in secret in April 2022.
A representative for Christina declined to comment.
