Dior has unveiled the new B44 Blade sneaker as part of an exclusive collection with guest designer Lewis Hamilton.
The French luxury brand says the new shoe silhouette features a bold, voluminous silhouette inspired by the 2000s.
Crafted from a gradient technical mesh, the B44 Blade sneaker is inspired by the running universe with tonal technical fabric panels and a contrasting Blade insert in the sole. Promising a sporty, retro-futuristic style, these sneakers feature microfiber and canvas insets and feature the signature ‘Dior’ logo on the upper, heel and sides of the shoe.

Additionally, the Italian-made silhouette is adorned with Dior and Lewis Hamilton signature charms dangling from the eyelets, and is accented with Dior signatures on the top, heel and sides.
The limited edition style retails for $1,400, is available in four gradient colors: orange, blue, purple, and green, and is equipped with an NFC chip. A chip placed under the sole of the right foot provides access to a platform to obtain a digital certificate of authenticity. Certificate holders can receive news about future collections. Only 1,947 pairs of each color will be released.
The release comes just weeks after Dior unveiled the first guest campaign images for its lifestyle capsule collection designed by the British F1 star. The September campaign release follows Hamilton’s announcement in July that he would not only become an ambassador for the house, but also collaborate with menswear artistic director Kim Jones on a clothing line. This was her first appearance in a Dior campaign.
In the campaign, the seven-time world champion, known as F1’s most stylish racer, features several shoe models, including blue B33 sneakers with pink laces and an orange retro-futuristic B44 Blade style. You can see me wearing it. Gradient color.
The partnership comes as the seven-time world champion prepares to move to Ferrari in 2025 after 12 seasons with Mercedes.
