Square Enix has announced that Dragon Quest Monsters: The Shadowbringers will be released for PC via Steam, as well as for iOS and Android on September 11th.
Dragon Quest Monsters: Shadowbringers Prince was released for Switch on December 1, 2023.
The PC, iOS, and Android versions include all of the downloadable content for the Switch version, but do not include the network mode “Online Battle.”

story
Psaro has been cursed and cannot harm anything with monster blood, now he must become a Monster Wrangler and create an army to fight with.
To hunt high-ranking monsters, Psaro will travel through Nadiria’s ever-changing seasons and unique environments, including bubbling lava rivers, mysterious ancient ruins, and towering cake towers. Along the way, he meets Rose, a kind-hearted elf who joins him in his quest to find more powerful monsters.
The key to Psaro’s success lies in synthesis – the ability to combine two monsters to create a stronger offspring. With each new monster born, Psaro gets one step closer to his goal of becoming King of the Monsters.

A mysterious world awaits – Seasons change over time in Nadria, and different weather conditions will cause new monsters to emerge from their lairs and reveal paths to undiscovered areas. Every visit to the Circle of Nadria will be a fresh experience. 500+ Unique Monsters – With a wide variety of environments to explore, there are many different monsters to choose from. Many monsters can be recruited in battle, but defeated monsters may also voluntarily request to join your team. Befriend as many monsters as possible, combine them to synthesize new creatures, and create a unique party that suits your tastes. Enjoy all the downloadable content from the console version – The Steam version includes the downloadable content packs from the console version (Mall Hall, Coach Joe’s Dungeon Gym, and Treasure Chest). Make the most of each unique feature to enhance your adventure. Test your mettle in Quickfire Contest – Register your team for Quickfire Contest in network mode and join auto-battles with the party data of 30 other players. Once per day, you can win a stat boost item as a prize, and any monsters on your team that you kill will be added to your team (up to rank B monsters).
