Eminem has achieved major success on the Billboard charts (dated July 27th) thanks to his new album, The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grace).
The album, released on July 12th by Shady/Aftermath/Interscope Records, earned 281,000 album equivalent units in the U.S. during its first week of release and debuted at number one on the Billboard 200, according to Luminate. It was the biggest-selling release week (units) of any rap album in 2024.
The album was Eminem’s 11th No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart, tying him with Bruce Springsteen, Barbra Streisand and Ye (formerly Kanye West) for the fifth-most, behind The Beatles (19), Jay-Z (14), Taylor Swift (14) and Drake (13).
All 16 tracks on the album (excluding the spoken word skits) simultaneously charted on the Billboard Hot 100, including lead single “Houdini” which reached #10. Here’s a summary (all debuts unless otherwise noted):

Ez Mil, 25, who is originally from the Philippines, has signed a joint venture deal with Shady Records, Aftermath, and Interscope.
