Kanye West’s former assistant Lauren Pisciotta claims in a bombshell lawsuit that she was drugged and sexually assaulted while attending a studio session with her former boss, Sean “Diddy” Combs.
In an amended complaint obtained by Page Six on Saturday, the model alleges that she was given a drink “laced with an unidentified drug” during a session in Santa Monica, California.
She claims West, 47, was the one who ordered the drinks to be poured. Combs, 54, was the subject of a lawsuit for allegedly “co-hosting” the studio sessions, but was not accused of any wrongdoing.
Pisciotta added that he felt “disoriented” and had “difficulty controlling his body and speech” after consuming the drink, according to the complaint filed Oct. 8 in Los Angeles Superior Court in California. Ta.
The next morning, she claimed to have felt unwell and felt “immeasurable embarrassment”, but details were still unavailable.
Pisciotta, who sued West for sexual harassment and wrongful termination earlier this year, claimed that she only found out about what allegedly happened to her on the night of the studio session “much later.”
According to the complaint, the Yeezy founder confessed to her that they had “one brief fling” on the night she was allegedly drugged.
West was reportedly married at the time of the assault. He and Kim Kardashian married in 2014 and finalized their divorce in 2022.
West’s spouse, who is not named in the indictment, has accused him of having a sexual relationship with Pisciotta, and West has spoken out about what allegedly happened during a studio session. It is said that it began to do so.
“Until that day, until that conversation and the revelation of the true facts and actions of that night, Plaintiff had no knowledge or idea that she had been sexually assaulted that night. Plaintiff had no idea that she had been sexually assaulted that night. “He probably felt ashamed of himself because he only believed he had been attacked, and then took responsibility,” the complaint adds.
The former assistant reportedly felt “disgusted and numb” to West’s alleged revelations and knew at that moment that she had to quit working for the “Power” rapper.
But the complaint says she had to be “very careful” in how she distanced herself because she believed she would be “silenced, blacklisted, and retaliated against.”
Pisciotta was reportedly fired shortly thereafter. In her lawsuit, originally filed in June, she claims she has not been paid $3 million in severance pay.
In her filing, the OnlyFans model also claimed that she received multiple vulgar texts from West.
“My problem is that I want to have sex, but after we have sex, I want the girl to tell me how hard she got fucked while I was having sex. Then I want her to cheat on me. ” one message read.
Pisciotta also claimed that he received intimate photos of “current and former” Yeezy employees (“male and female”) from West.
Additionally, she claimed that she witnessed the “Gold Digger” rapper masturbating next to her before falling asleep. He also allegedly became angry with her for refusing his invitations for “dates and sex.”
West’s lawyers previously denounced Pisciotta’s claims as “baseless” and told Page Six in June that the model was “sexualized to extort employment or other material benefits” and “Runaway.” He claimed to have pursued the rapper.
The lawyers also claimed that Pisciotta threatened West when “her advances were rejected.”
“Prior to her termination as an assistant, Ms. Pisciotta stole her cell phone in an attempt to destroy phone records that contradicted her claims. All records have been preserved,” they continued.
“She was fired because she was unqualified, demanded unreasonable amounts of money (including an annual salary of $4 million), and had numerous documented incidents of lewd and uninhibited conduct.”
Page Six reached out to West’s representatives for comment on the new allegations in the amended complaint, but did not immediately receive a response. A representative for Combs declined to comment.
