Kaney “Ye” West is accused of drugging and sexually assaulting his former assistant during a studio session co-hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs, according to California court documents. He is being sued by Lauren Pisciotta.
Pisciotta previously sued the rapper in June, alleging sexual harassment, breach of contract and wrongful termination. She also accused him and his various companies of fraud, unpaid wages and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
In an amended complaint filed on Oct. 8 and obtained by TMZ, Pisciotta alleges that he and a former artist management client (who remains anonymous) were invited to Combs’ studio sessions. Shortly after they arrived, “she and the attendees were served drinks, followed by an announcement that everyone had to drink if they wanted to stay,” the complaint alleges.
According to the filing, Pisciotta had been drinking and “after taking several sips of a drink that a studio assistant had poured at the direction of Kanye West, aka Yeh, and served to her by Kanye West, the plaintiff suddenly began to become disoriented. “Ta”.
The next day, she woke up and remembered almost nothing about the previous night’s events, claiming only to have felt “immeasurable shame and embarrassment.”
For years, Ms. West’s former assistant thought she was just making fun of him at work events to get big. Much later, the lawsuit says, the rapper brought up the night in question, telling her that “they had a bit of a fling” and providing details about what happened between them. she said.
Amended legal documents list Mr. Combs as a co-organizer of the event, but Mr. Pisciotta is currently incarcerated and awaiting trial on sex trafficking and extortion charges. has not accused Mr. Combs of any wrongdoing.

According to the first lawsuit, the OnlyFans model alleged that her former employer sexually harassed her on several occasions.

The statement goes on to say, “While in office, Mr. Pisciotta offered (West) sex on his birthday, but West refused, sent unsolicited nude images and sexual stories to (West), and interrupted his work hours. “He was also seen twerking inside the office,” the statement continued.
