Samsung is reportedly launching at least three new devices later this month: the Galaxy S24 FE, Galaxy Tab S10+, and Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra. A few days ago, images of the Galaxy S24 FE were leaked. And now, just a few days before the phone’s unveiling, the official unboxing video of the Galaxy S24 FE has been leaked, revealing all the information about the new phone.
Leaked Galaxy S24 FE unboxing video reveals Exynos 2400e chip
The official unboxing video of the Galaxy S24 FE has been leaked by leakster Evan Blass (@evleaks). As you can see in the video below, the Galaxy S24 FE will be available in five colors: Blue, Graphite, Gray, Mint, and Yellow. The device looks very similar to the Galaxy S24+, with the only visible difference appearing to be the width of the bezels.
The Galaxy S24 FE will ship with a 3-foot USB Type-C to USB Type-C cable and a SIM ejection tool. As usual, Samsung won’t ship a charger with the phone. The video shows that the Galaxy S24 FE will have a 50MP main rear camera, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle camera, an 8MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, and a 10MP selfie camera. The phone also features ProVisual Engine, which uses the chip’s faster ISP and NPU to improve image and video quality.
The new device also features an Exynos 2400e chip, which appears to be a downclocked version of the Exynos 2400 used in the Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24+. The video also confirms that the Galaxy S24 FE will have a 6.7-inch screen, which is an upgrade over the Galaxy S23 FE’s 6.4-inch screen. Screen brightness has been increased to 1,900 nits, making it 500 nits brighter than the Galaxy S23 FE’s screen.
The leaked video also reveals that the Galaxy S24 FE has a 4,700mAh battery capacity, which is 200mAh more than the Galaxy S24 FE’s battery capacity. Samsung claims that the phone will last up to 81 hours of music playback and up to 28 hours of video playback. The phone has an aluminum frame, Gorilla Glass Victus+ screen protection, and an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
Samsung is likely to launch the Galaxy S24 FE with One UI 6.1.1. Check out the detailed video below to get a feel for the features of One UI 6.1.1.
The video also revealed that the Galaxy S24 FE will come with Galaxy AI pre-installed, and we can expect the phone to get seven years of Android OS updates, just like the Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy Z Flip 5, and Galaxy Z Fold 5.
