Wind Creek Hospitality recently announced the hugely successful Wind Creek Chicago Southland Career Fest, held at Prairie State University on August 7, 2024. This dynamic hiring initiative and community engagement event attracted more than 3,000 eager job seekers hoping to fill over 1,000 full-time positions in preparation for Wind Creek Chicago Southland’s grand opening.
Career Fest is a cornerstone of Wind Creek’s community outreach efforts, offering a wide range of opportunities in a variety of roles, including security, valet, bartending, food service, environmental services, game attendants and IT technicians. The event highlighted Wind Creek’s commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce, with an emphasis on flexible schedules and support structures.
