After a season of captivating performances, the winner of America’s Got Talent season 19 has been crowned.
After the public voted for their favorite, an artist won the $1 million prize in an NBC talent competition hosted by Teri Crews.
The America’s Got Talent season 19 finale included performances from Ol’ Meepic stars Simone Biles, Michael Bublé, Neal Schon, Journey members Steve Aoki, comedian Gabriel Iglesias, Magic Mike Live Las Vegas cast members Andra Day and the Detroit Youth Choir.

Who is the winner of America’s Got Talent Season 19?
Richard Goodall has been crowned the winner of season 19 of America’s Got Talent.

deadline I spoke with Goodall.After winning America’s Got Talent, he said he was shocked by the results.
“I went into every single moment of the show with no expectations,” Goodall said. “I just went out there and gave it my all. I sang the songs and whatever happened, I let it happen. Every single time, I just went out there and had fun and absorbed everything the show was teaching me.”
For Goodall, his biggest support throughout the experience was his wife, who accompanied him to the quarterfinals, semifinals and final.
“She always said, ‘You can make it to the end. If we pick the right song, we can make it to the end,'” Goodall recalled his wife telling him, “And we jumped all the hurdles every round and finally I won. It still doesn’t feel real… I guess it still doesn’t feel real.”
Goodall said the prize money “will change our lives,” noting that “whatever happens after the show, it’s going to be just ecstatic.”
“We’ll have a nice little house and we plan to retire, probably retire gracefully and see what opportunities the future brings,” he added.
Goodall said she hopes her story will inspire people to never give up on their dreams.She recalled that she auditioned for AGT in 2009 but didn’t make it..
“I’ve been a fan of the show for years,” he says, “I auditioned for it, but I didn’t give up, I just thought it was destined, and now here I am again, at this age.”
