If you’re thinking of pre-ordering a PlayStation 30th anniversary controller, you should actually skip Sony – while the retailer is sticking to its queue system, other UK retailers are already moving forward.
Amazon was the first to jump on board, but their pre-order listing for the DualSense went out of stock (it was out of stock for about 45 minutes). We recommend keeping an eye on that page, though; stock comes and goes, so a few refreshes might get you in the next wave. Very also seems to be up to something, having launched its own landing page; however, the page currently features an image of the Edge controller, and it’s not available to add to cart.
Pre-orders aren’t available in the US yet, but I’m sure they will be soon. I expect various retailers to jump into action once the US wakes up, and the same will be true in the UK. There doesn’t seem to be a set time for these listings to start, so stores will likely start stocking shelves in waves over the course of a day.
