First Hospitality added three Hilton lifestyle hotels to its portfolio in May, Highgate brought several lifestyle hotels under management in January, and last year Hersha Hospitality Management launched a division focused on the luxury and lifestyle sector.
Meanwhile, hotel companies Hyatt and Hilton have been expanding their lifestyle portfolios and pipelines through acquisitions in recent months to meet changing traveler demand.
