Ralph Lauren is paying tribute to his hometown, New York City, with his fall advertising campaign, featuring New York City landmarks like the Empire State Building and Central Park.

“I have always been inspired by New York City – a place of beautiful contradictions, timeless charm, magic, luxury and aspiration,” said Lauren, chairman of the board and chief creative officer of Ralph Lauren Inc. “New York City has a culture and style all its own. It is my city, where I first got my start and where dreams are born and come true. There is no city in the world like New York City.”
The campaign, photographed by Lachlan Bailey with film produced by Jacob Sutton, features some of the Polo brand’s signature pieces, including the camel hair coat, RL 67 herringbone jacket, cashmere cable knit sweater and a leather bomber jacket with the New York Yankees logo, created in partnership with Major League Baseball.

In addition to the campaign, the company will be selling the Ralph Lauren Vintage Collection for the first time on its e-commerce site and in select stores around the world.
Updated classics are the focus of the new campaign.
