Rosie O’Donnell’s eldest daughter, Chelsea Belle O’Donnell, has been arrested on suspicion of child neglect and drug possession.
Chelsea, 27, was charged on Oct. 14 with multiple felonies, including methamphetamine possession, drug possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, bail jumping, and resisting or obstructing a police officer, according to court documents obtained by Fox News Digital. .
Documents filed in the Wisconsin Supreme Court state that Chelsea was arrested Sept. 17 on felony charges of maintaining a drug trafficking place, child neglect, possession of drugs containing THC and illegally obtained prescriptions, disorderly conduct and domestic violence. It also states that he was indicted.
