Seven new civil lawsuits have been filed in New York federal court against Sean “Diddy” Combs.
Four men and three women have accused the hip-hop mogul of sexually assaulting them at various parties in Los Angeles, New York, and Las Vegas.
The youngest plaintiff was 13 years old at the time of the incident.
Mr. Combs remains in custody at a Brooklyn jail. He faces separate federal charges of sex trafficking and racketeering, which he denies. The BBC has contacted his legal team for comment on the new lawsuit.
Combs’ lawyers recently dismissed the lawsuit as “a clear publicity attempt” and said, “Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone, adult or minor, male or female. I have never added anything,” he said.
All seven new civil lawsuits allege that Combs, or someone acting on his behalf through an associate, ingested alcoholic beverages and drugs at the event, causing the plaintiffs to feel dizzy, nauseated and out of body.
In several lawsuits, plaintiffs allege that Combs raped them, forced them to perform oral sex, and aggressively groped them.
Combs is currently awaiting trial next May on federal charges of sex trafficking and racketeering. If convicted, he could face life in prison.
The hip-hop icon has pleaded not guilty to all charges and has been denied bail multiple times.
The indictment, along with several other lawsuits, implicates his various businesses and alleges that they played a role in facilitating and funding his abusive conduct within and outside of the music industry. .
The lawsuit further accuses Combs of using his power and influence in entertainment to manipulate, intimidate, and silence those around him.
One new case alleges that Combs and another male celebrity raped a 13-year-old girl at a 2000 VMA afterparty. The second male celebrity is not named in the lawsuit.
Another suspect claims Combs drugged and raped an independent musician at a party. She said she woke up in pain and had marks on her arms indicating she had been tied with rope while she was unconscious.
In the third incident, Combs allegedly exposed himself to the man and then grabbed his genitals in a “rough” and “sexual” manner.
The fourth case concerns a celebrity personal trainer whom Combs allegedly assaulted at a party at his Hollywood Hills home in 2022.
The trainer witnessed a number of celebrities engaging in group sexual acts at a party, and was then taken to a small room with Mr. Combs, where Mr. Combs removed the personal trainer’s pants and said, He said he engaged in “nonconsensual oral sex.”
The fifth new report involves a woman who claims she was drugged at a party in Combs’ hotel room and woke up naked in bed with a rap musician talking on the phone in the corner of her room. It is something.

Combs has been facing allegations for almost a year, ranging from rape and sexual assault to grooming and domestic violence.
One lawyer recently said more than 100 of his clients plan to sue musicians for sexual assault, rape and sexual exploitation.
He is currently in prison in New York awaiting trial.
Prosecutors alleged he was also involved in kidnapping, forced labor, bribery and other crimes.
They described him as the head of a criminal organization that abused women by forcing them to participate in drug-fueled orgies with male prostitutes through threats of violence.
He pleaded not guilty to the charges and was denied bail. His trial is scheduled to take place in May 2025.
