Page Six reports that a source revealed that Suri “is paying tribute to her mother by using her middle name,” adding that one of the reasons for the change is that she “want her own identity.” Taking the Holmes name confirms the close bond between mother and daughter and her desire to break away from the connection she has always had with her father, Tom Cruise, and forge her own path.
