A Tesla Cybertruck has been spotted with an emergency medical services (EMS) wrap, the latest example of an electric vehicle (EV) being adapted for emergency services use.
Originally posted to Reddit in separate posts on Friday and Monday, a wrapped EMS Cybertruck was spotted in New Jersey. It was wrapped in red, white and blue, had a siren on top and text identifying it as an emergency vehicle. The Cybertruck was reportedly donated to Lakewood’s emergency service, Hatzulas Nefashos, and has additional text in both Hebrew and English.
A sign near the rear bumper of the wrapped Cybertruck states that the EV was “donated in memory of the Kedoshim people killed on October 7th.”

The EV is the latest wrapped Cybertruck to make the rounds on the Internet, and the latest example of a vehicle outfitted for emergency services. Earlier this month, a wrapped Cybertruck police vehicle was outfitted with police gear by the Unplugged Performance team’s Up.Fit vehicle division and made its debut in Greenfield, California.
Last month, another Cybertruck patrol car, sporting a green-and-white police wrap and the Dubai Police logo, began operating in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. CEO Elon Musk has previously suggested that police departments should transition to using the Cybertruck, a suggestion he made in response to a January X post from authorities in Rosenberg, Texas.
Tesla has been ramping up production of the unique EV over the past few months, and the company recently marked the one-year anniversary of the first prototype Cybertruck being built at its Gigafactory in Texas. In the company’s recent Q2 2024 earnings call, Tesla said Cybertruck production had more than tripled quarter-over-quarter, bringing production to “more than 125,000 units” by the end of the year.
