Tesla owners have complained about long wait times for service visits — in some cases as long as two months — a harsh reality for those who rely on the company to maintain their all-electric vehicles.
Tesla service used to be one of the main complaints for owners. In the beginning, there weren’t enough service centers to handle the number of owners. After Tesla approached the issue with its “F1 service strategy” to speed up service, it seems like not much has improved, even though the number of owners is higher than ever.
Tesla’s ‘F1’ service strategy will see the end of same-day car rentals and Uber credits
According to several Tesla owners in the X, they are faced with waiting up to two months to get to a service center to have their vehicle repaired.

Tesla cut many teams when it laid off up to 20,000 employees earlier this year, and one of the departments affected was its service division, according to Electrek. Supercharging was also one that left Tesla fans confused, with many expressing their dissatisfaction with the decision.
But the service is equally as ridiculous.
It’s no fun having to spend months driving a car that’s been disabled due to some kind of problem, and even though Tesla is building new service centers, the wait times are still too long.
