STAMFORD, CT — The 13th Annual Health, Wellness & Lifestyle Expo 2024 will be held at Harbor Point in Stamford on September 7th from 10am to 6pm.
Connecticut’s largest and most important health and wellness expo, this one-day, family- and pet-friendly health and wellness festival will bring together more than 120 sponsors and exhibitors to display and sell health and wellness products and services and share the latest information to help everyone live their best life.

The theme of this year’s event is “Go. Gather. Grow.”
“Come to the Expo! Come with family and friends and experience the best in health, wellness and fitness. Grow your mind, body and soul,” a news release from the event said.
Opening ceremony festivities will begin at 10 a.m. when Stamford Mayor Caroline Simmons will present the Health Wellness & Lifestyle Expo 2024 Proclamation to exclusive healthcare partner, Stamford Health.
This year’s Community Leadership Award will be presented to KeyBank and BLT/Harbor Point in recognition of their five-year support of this important community event, outstanding service and commitment to the health and wellness of the Stamford community.
The 2024 expo will feature more than 120 exhibitors and 10 activation zones. Stamford Health will offer a wide range of services and information, including free blood pressure screenings, healthy weight management techniques, bleeding control training, drunk driving simulation, behavioral health education and resources, stroke education, MyPlate education and pediatric nutrition, and women’s health education with mammogram appointments.
“We’ve been proud to be the healthcare sponsor of the Health Wellness Lifestyle Expo for the past 13 years,” Stamford Health president and CEO Kathleen Szilard said in a news release. “We look forward to educating the community and showcasing many of our key programs and services at this year’s event. Additionally, the newly opened Stamford Health Walk-In Center at Harbor Point reinforces our commitment to providing year-round health and wellness resources to the communities we serve.”
Other event highlights include flu vaccinations and nutritious meal preparation provided by Grade-A ShopRite, financial health and wellness guidance provided by KeyBank, dog day care services provided by Camp Bow Wow Stamford, men’s health information provided by GameDay Men’s Health Stamford, rehabilitation and kidney care provided by Cassena Care and Cassena Kidney Care of Stamford and Norwalk, Dello Russo Laser Vision, a luxury health club at Life Time Stamford in downtown Stamford, and hybrid and electric vehicles provided by Toyota of Stamford.
Activities on the day include a Pet Wellness Zone sponsored by Spot On Veterinary Hospital & Hotel, a Yoga & Stretch Zone sponsored by Chelsea Piers Athletic Club, a Group Fitness Zone sponsored by Sacred Heart University, a Kids Zone sponsored by One Speech Therapy offering fun activities in the Harbor Point sandbox and play area, and a Healthy Home Zone sponsored by Sam Bridge Nursery & Greenhouse.
And of course, the ever-popular “Touch-a-Truck Kids Zone” will feature Stamford EMS, the Fire Department and the Police Department.
A highlight of the event will be a host of free group classes taught by some of the area’s top fitness instructors, including the team from Life Time Stamford. These vibrant, professionally led classes will all be held along the beautiful Harbor Point Boardwalk.
