Tom Holland is the latest star to enter the non-alcoholic spirits space, two years into his sobriety journey. The new non-alcoholic beer, playfully named Vero, was released on Wednesday morning and is now available for purchase online.

The line includes three varieties inspired by Holland’s British upbringing. Kingston Golden Pils is a fresh take on the European Pils, named after its hometown in the Netherlands. Edge Hill Hazy IPA, a New England style hoppy named after a Dutch elementary school. And Noon Wheat is named after Tom’s beloved Schnauzer of the same name.
Holland opened up about his sobriety journey for the first time on Jay Shetty’s podcast, saying he initially started the alcohol cleanse as a temporary detox for Dry January. After having difficulty living without alcoholic beverages for a month, he realized he might have a problem.
“All I was thinking about was drinking,” the “Spider-Man” actor told Shetty. “That was all I could think about. I woke up and was thinking about it, looking at the clock and asking, ‘When is 12 o’clock?’ I was just really scared. ”
One month turned into two months, which turned into three months. Holland has now been sober for more than two years and is celebrating his sobriety with a non-alcoholic line that fans can enjoy together, sober or not.
