As if Rachel Levis’ revenge porn trial against Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix wasn’t enough to expose the Scandalval vileness of Vanderpump Rules all over again, now Sandoval has turned his legal wrath on his longtime ex-girlfriend Madix.
As Reavis’ lawsuit, filed in February, heads toward a jury trial next year, Sandoval is suing Maddix over highly sexualized footage of Reavis that was released on Season 10 of the Bravo reality show. The apparently estranged former couple are battling over whether Maddix “copied” and “distributed” a video of Reavis masturbating that was on Sandoval’s phone after the two engaged in an affair.
“On or about March 1, 2023, Cross-Defendant MADIX accessed Cross-Plaintiff SANDOVAL’s cell phone and, without SANDOVAL’s permission or consent, reviewed images, information, data, videos and/or communications, including but not limited to Facetime videos between LEVISS and SANDOVAL (“Data”),” states the comparative compensation and invasion of privacy complaint filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on July 16. “SANDOVAL has been informed and believes, and claims accordingly, that MADIX has made copies of the Data and distributed the Data to LEVISS and third parties without SANDOVAL’s permission or consent,” the eight-page document by attorneys at Geragos Law Group and Gourjian Law Group states.
It’s worth noting that Sandoval’s accusations against Maddix here are nearly identical to those Reavis makes against the two men in his own lawsuit.

Following yesterday’s filing, lawyers for Ms Maddix accused Mr Sandoval of emotionally abusing his partner of nearly a decade, leading The New York Times to call him “the most hated man in America” earlier this year.
“It is abhorrent that Tom Sandoval continues to torment Ms. Maddix,” Jordan Sussman told Deadline on Wednesday.
“From the extramarital affair that destroyed her home and stability, to the months of emotional conflict, and now his attempt to further evade personal responsibility for the impact his actions have had on her and her mental health,” the lawyer added. “Mr. Sandoval fully understands what privileges he and Ms. Madix shared regarding personal communications devices, which, if he or his mistress acted as they wished, would make it unlawful for anyone to know that their spouse or lover was cheating on them.”
“It’s telling that Sandoval has begged Maddix for forgiveness, yet now blames her for his wrongdoings,” Susan continues. “Months after The New York Times named Sandoval the most hated man in America, he clearly hasn’t learned his lesson and believes he needs to continue to tormenting Maddix in order to salvage his own image.”
“Mr. Maddix is confident that a jury will see through this latest ploy and reject his baseless claims.”
Sandoval’s lawyers did not respond to requests for comment. The legal team, led by Brian Friedman of Reavis & Co., also had no comment at this time. This post will be updated if either party speaks out.
Until then, Revis’ trial against Sandoval and Maddix on charges of revenge porn, wiretapping, and invasion of privacy is currently scheduled to begin on Nov. 3, 2025. Whether the currently-hiatus Vanderpump Rules will return by then to stir up even more Scandalbal drama is the guesswork outside of Andy Cohen.
