In a particularly heated moment in the preview for Season 15 of The Real Housewives of New York City, Brynn Whitfield called Yuba Hassan “delusional” and criticized the fact that she’s “modeling for Dressbarn.” And now Yuba is firing back.
More specifically, the model posted to her Instagram Stories on Aug. 13, shortly after the RHONY trailer dropped. “Just so you know, my (Dressbarn) per diem would easily cover 6 months rent on her cheap, no-view apartment,” she wrote. “xoxo Yuba.”
Brynn has yet to respond publicly, but Brynn went further and slammed Yuba after Yuba told Brynn, “Darling, Google my name,” in a preview for RHONY.
Brynn responded, “You’re not Naomi. You’re not Gisele.”
But Yuba is also a model in her own right.
Who does Uba Hassan model for?
As she noted in a recent Instagram Story, in addition to working with Dressbarn, Yuba has also walked and modeled in fashion shows for several brands over the years, including Ralph Lauren, Oscar de la Renta, and Gucci, according to L’Officiel.
Brynn’s apartment, on the other hand, is impressive in its own right.
Where does Brynn Whitfield live?
Brynn lives in a two-bedroom apartment in Manhattan’s Gramercy Park, which she gave Architectural Digest a tour of in July, sharing her vision for the space: “I don’t have a key to the park, but I’m going to be a Gramercy girl and just decorate, decorate, decorate like always, pour money into rent and not care if I get my deposit back,” she joked, pointing to the beautiful paint colors used in various rooms and the “funky contemporary furniture” she added to the mix to give it a “1970s Paris vibe.”
In the same AD interview, Brynn spoke about the importance of her current living situation.
“I have a deep and traumatic attachment to my hometown. I come from Section 8 housing and welfare,” she said. “As an adult I had the exact opposite experience and I’ve made every effort to love my hometown and be proud of it, not ashamed of it.”
What to expect from Yuba Hassan and Brynn Whitfield in RHONY Season 15
Here’s Yuba’s official bio for RHONY season 15: “Happier than ever and head over heels in love with Mister Connecticut, Yuba Hassan’s dream of becoming a mother seems closer than ever. But while her relationship is going well, she’s struggling with the idea of giving up her independence.”
Meanwhile, Brynn’s states, “Life has been great for Brynn Whitfield since moving into her dream apartment with her energetic pup Sugar. Now that she’s perfected her new space and settled into life as a dog mom, she’s ready for the next chapter: motherhood. But when rumors begin to swirl, she finds the life she’s worked so hard to build is now in doubt.”
“The Real Housewives of New York City” season 15 will premiere on Bravo on Tuesday, October 1 at 9pm ET/8pm PT. Episodes will be available to stream on Peacock the following day.
