KYIV, Ukraine (AP) — The United States and Britain pledged about $1.5 billion in additional aid to Ukraine on Wednesday as diplomats from the two countries visited Kiev, and Ukrainian officials renewed their calls for it to use Western-supplied missiles against targets deeper inside Russian territory.
