The final episode of season 19 of “America’s Got Talent” on September 24 concluded with the announcement of the winners of this year’s $1 million prize. Ten acts who received enough public votes in the preliminary rounds went on to compete on the two-hour edition of “AGT” on September 17. Some of them made it this far thanks to the support of this season’s panel of judges, Simon Cowell, Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, and Sofia Vergara.
The ten finalists are dance troupes AIRFOOTWORKS and Brent Street, acrobatic troupe Hakuna Matata Acrobats, singer Richard Goodall, comedian Learnmore Jonasi, quick change artist Solange Kardinaly, dog entertainers Roni Sagi & Rhythm, aerial duo Sebastián & Sonia, singer Dee Dee Simon and drone group Sky Elements.
Scheduled to perform at the live results show include Olympic gold medalist Simone Biles and her Gold Over America Tour, singer and “The Voice” coach Michael Bublé, guitarist Neal Schon and members of Journey, DJ and producer Steve Aoki, stand-up comedian Gabriel Iglesias, the cast of “Magic Mike Live Las Vegas,” singer and actress Andra Day and former “AGT” members of the Detroit Youth Choir.

Below, we find out who the winner of “America’s Got Talent” Season 19 is in our minute-by-minute live blog recap of Episode 20.
9:02pm – The night of talent began with a drone showcase by Sky Elements outside the theatre, followed by the return of legendary band Detroit Youth Choir to perform “High Hopes”, with Golden Buzzer backer Terry joining them as a supporting dancer for their routine.
9:13pm – Simone Biles, embodying what it means to be a champion, takes to the stage and tells Terry that it takes “hard work, dedication and sacrifice” to come out on top.
9:17pm – Grammy nominee Steve Aoki brings turntables onto the stage to perform an encore of AIRFOOTWORKS songs that have been huge hits with audiences this season.
9.25pm – In their first ever performance together, Super Mashup sees Hakuna Matata acrobats balance in front of the judges while Loni Sagi & Rhythm set the tempo on stage with their dance moves before Brent Street storms onto the stage in a massive formation.
9:31pm – Crooner Michael Bublé, who made his debut as a coach on “The Voice” last night, performed a smooth version of “LOVE” to promote his new greatest hits album.
9:38pm – Next up was Andra Day, who performed her 2024 song “Probably” with a showcase from the ceiling by Sebastian & Sonia. Andra also introduced a second performance by the Detroit Youth Choir, fronted by Dee Dee Simon, who all sang “Come Together.”
9:51pm – The encore of Richard Goodall’s first audition of “Don’t Stop Believin’” – joined tonight by guitarist Neal Schon and members of Journey – truly makes for one of the most iconic performances of the season.
9:56pm – A special treat for Learnmore Jonasi in his final week was a call from Gabriel Iglesias and an invitation to perform live onstage at the Chelsea Theatre at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.
10:05pm – Solange Cardinally was lucky enough to get to duet with the cast of Magic Mike Live and compete to see who could do a costume change the fastest.
10:18pm – Simone hits the stage as part of a medley of tumbling moves by gymnasts from her Gold Over America tour.
10:26pm – Before the voting results began, Terry shared several messages to the finalists from their hometowns, including videos from grandparents, spouses, children, students and friends of the talented artists.
10.28pm – First results show Brent Street eliminated, with Sky Elements as the top five finalists.
10.30pm – In the second pairing, Learnmore makes it into the top five, with Sebastián and Sonia eliminated.
10:32pm – The third artist to make the top five is Richard Goodall, who was eliminated by Dee Dee Simon.
10:34pm – The fourth group to qualify is Solange, which means Hakuna Matata Acrobats are eliminated from the competition.
10:35pm – The last two to hear their fate were Roni Sagi & Rhythm and AIRFOOTWORKS. Of these two, Roni & Rhythm was the only one to receive a vote to continue.
10:43pm – Finishing in fifth place, as voted for by America, is Learnmore.
10:49pm – Finishing in fourth place was Solange Cardinalie.
10.50pm – In third place was Sky Elements.
10.58pm – With the competition narrowed down to this season’s top two, Terry announces that the next champion and winner of the $1 million prize is singer Richard Goodall.
