It didn’t take long for Kansas City Chiefs standout rookie Xavier Worthy to find the end zone in his NFL debut.
Worthy’s speed was on full display on the Chiefs’ first drive, when Andy Reid and company put the ball in Worthy’s hands on a neat trick play. After faking a handoff to Isaiah Pacheco, they tossed the ball to Worthy, who darted around the backfield and made a sharp turn downfield.
Worthy broke through the Baltimore Ravens defense and slid into the end zone for his first NFL touchdown and Kansas City’s first of the season.

It quickly became clear what a threat Worthy could be for the Chiefs’ offense, and the Chiefs’ creative play-calling resulted in a stunning touchdown the rookie’s first time touching the ball.
NFL fans and even some of the league’s biggest stars took to social media to express their amazement at Worthy’s speed, with noted speedster Tyreek Hill also chiming in with his opinion.
